The ultime snowkite session

Hello guys,

i just come back from my last snowkite trip of the season, and it was an amazing trip !

I was in the French Alps from the 21st to 24th of March, and the powder was still amazing, also the day are longer so there is more time to ride !

How cool is that to ride on snow with warm temperature, march is definitly the best month for snowkiting !

During those 4 days i had the chance to ride 4 different spots (Le Richard, la Pyramide, la face sud, et la ruine), all those spots are located at the "Col du Lautaret".

I was there to compet at the French snowkiting race Championship finals, and i managed to take the 1st place, pretty stoked about this result ! (event's video coming soon on this report).

So here is my last 2013/2014 snowkite's season video, this season as been really really good, and i already can't wait to put my feet on my NeverSummer snowboard for the 2014/2015 season !!

Snowkite Masters 2014 !

Hi guys,

it's been a long time i didn't put some snowkiting stuff on my blog, so here it is !

This year i had a very good health compare to last year, no more breathing problems, now i breath very well and it's with a lot of passion and energy that i manage to won the French snowkite freestyle Championship, and took the 2nd place at the World freestyle snowkite masters !

It's been such a good trip there in the white mountains, i love french alps, you can do extrem freeriding and awesome freestyle session also, and this year the powder is super awesome !

I spent 2 months there, the first 3 weeks i organised a SuperKiteDay camp with my Flysurfer and SKD team mate "Abe", all our guest were super cool, we had all some very good times !

I spent the rest of the time chilling and riding hard with my bros "Abe" and "Sam", and thanks a lot Sam for your hospitality and the super good times with you dude !

I had enough time to film some very good stuff, i edited few videos, let's watch tem ;)

Flymasters 2013

Hi guys,

as you know, on the 19th-20th October took place a super awesome KiteLandBoarding event in the Netherlands called the Flymasters.

Flysurfer Kiteboarding, MBS and Kite-Freaks organised it very well, and we had epic wind conditions about 20 to 25 knots!

The Kite-Freaks built some sick kikers and sliders specially for the event, the kiker's shape was very nice, we were able to do some big hooked and unhooked trix on it!

We were 21 riders to compete, coming from the UK, Germany, France and the local Netherlands riders of course.

It was a very cool opportunity to meet some new people who are sharing the same passion for the sport, and it was super cool to ride with all the good friends :-)

BIG UP to Kite-Freaks and Flysurfer Kiteboarding for the organisation - really pro, it's so cool to see that we can also have a big kiteboarding event on land! Kitesurfing and Snowkiting are super high, but i think LandKiting is also a great show!

I'm super stoked about my 2nd place in the Freestyle competition, and my 1st place at the Best trix rocking a huge kite loop from the kiker riding my Cronix 10m! ;-)

PEAK - single skin depower concept

Hello everybody,

Can you feel the cold wind of winter... ? That means the snowkite season is coming very soon ;-)

If you like freeriding in the mountains, with a light kite and a small packaging, the PEAK is for you!

First single skin depower concept, Flysurfer created this awesome free-riding kite for snowkiting, landkiting and kite skating.

This kite is super cool, super easy to ride, and take a very small place.
Also, you can use the "Touring Bag" as a harness, you don't need anymore to take your heavy harness, leave it at home and just put your PEAK in your touring bag, and let's go kiting ;-)

France freestyle KiteLandBoarding Champion 2013

Hello everybody,

last week-end took place the 2013 France KLB Championship in "Leucate" on the awesome spot of "La Franqui".

This event was organised by the local kite club "KSL" KiteSurf Leucate, and it was a big success with lot of sun, smiles, and wind!

It was really cool to see all the french KiteLandBoarders on the same spots, it was the opportunity to see again some good friends and also to meet some new cool peoples ;)

We ran 4 Races, about 4 km each, i was riding my Flysurfer Speed3 15m CE and my Hardcore X-shape MTB. I managed to take the 2nd place at the overall classement at race part.

After the races, the Freestyle part took place, with nice and clean wind conditions about 13 knots.
I ran the Freestyle with my Speed3 15m CE, great for hooked and unhooked :)

I managed to get qualified to the Final, we were 3 riders at the Final Heat, my FS team mate "Benoit Miquel", "Romain Féaux" (PeterLynn rider) and me.

We all did good riding, on the kiker and on the flat area. Some nice trix landed by all of us, it was a great feeling to run this Final Heat with my good friends "Romoutz" and "Benoit" AKA "La Mouette"!

Summer 2013 - Feed Back

Hi guys,

this summer was as usual very cool, i spent my time kiteboarding on water and land with my friends all over France, from the north to the south.

The west coast kitesurfing sessions was pretty good, riding the Ocean with my Flysurfer Speed3 15m CE most of the time, i love to ride the nice blue waves of the France west coast.
I was with the France Flysurfer distributor and my Flysurfer team mate "N2G" (kite buggying freestyler), we spent or time taking the sun, drink some nice beers, chilling and of course kitesurfing, we were next to "Biscarosse".

After this i went to the north of France to compet at the "Triple King Contest", it was a sick event, i met some very cool dudes there and all of them are good friends now, like my Flysurfer and Flyboard team mates Tim Gilles from Netherland and Toby Brauer the King of the Airstyle!

When i was there i took a day off to ride one of the best kitesurfing wave spot in the North of France called "Wissant", not so far away from the event spot, where i had some good fun! This is a video that i've done at the begining of summer on this nice spot of "Wissant" ;)

And to finish well the august month i decided to go have some fun with my kite mates from "Leucate", the wind forecast was very good with strong winds, and i just received my brand new and first Tube kite from my brand "Flysurfer kiteboarding", it was time for me to ride those kite in strong wind to do some big loops with the 8m and 10m Cronix! Very good times there, partying, chilling and riding hard!

Now i'm just preparing for the France KiteLandBoarding Championship 2013, which will take place at "Leucate" from 14th to 15th September, so i'll go back there and try to get the main title of France KLB champion! After my UK 2012 KiteLandBoarding Champion Title, it would be great to have the France Title on 2013... ;)

Cronix : my feeling, my feed back.

Hi everybody,

as you know Flysurfer Kiteboarding is now on the LEI Tube Kite market with the brand new and first one Tube Kite in the brand : The Cronix.

Few weeks ago we were in Fuerte Ventura (Canary Island) to shoot the promotional video and photos of this new kite, and by the way it was a great opportunity to test all the size (6-8-10-12) in different kind of conditions from 15 knots to 35 knots. (Pix under : me - one foot)

As always the FS quality is here.
The first time i ride the Cronix was the 12m in approximatly 12-15 knots, and i directly knew that this kite is awesome!
Even it was a light wind for a first try i managed to do some cool hooked spins and some nice unhooked tricks, the kite was turning fast and the pop of the kite was very good for a 12-15 knots session! (Pix under : Bram Bast - Low Mobe)

I couldn't wait for more wind to test this kite in other sizes, and my wishes were realised because we had good wind all days after :-)

We did a sick strong wind session in "Sota Vento" on a big blue lagoon, it was a great opportunity to test the 6m and 8m Cronix for big Kite Loops, and the only thing i can say is that I LOVE this kite for big mega loops!! (Pix under : Dylan - Mega Loop)

The Cronix loops fast & furious and go directly over your head to power up, you can easely do 2 or 3 loops in the air with the 6m or 8m in 30 knots or more!

We had some very nice session also on the North-East coast of the island, next to "Cotillo" and "Lajares", we found some EPIC savage blue lagoons there with clear flat area to do some unhooked and big hangtime. (Pix under : me - front roll tail grab)

I used to ride the Cronix 10m from 20 to 25 knots on those spots, if you Like hangtime you will Love the 10m in 20-25 knots, you will fly and loop the kite sooo easely, it was so much fun to do some big Front rolls with a huge downloop!!

The 12m Cronix is very good from 15 knots to 25 knots, you go high and you can still loop the kite and power up before landing, great kite for freeriding and freestyling! (Pix under : Dylan - Railey)

You can settle (adjust) the bar pressure as you want, from the back lines bridles of the kite you can choose to put your bar pressure Light (for unhooked), Middle (unhooked and hooked) or Strong for those who like to feel the kite at his maximum!

The spy is very strong, i crashed many times the kite, on water, sand and Rocks, and the LEI tubes never brokes and the spy was still intact! The quality is here for sure!

For my point of view, the Cronix is a super good Tube kite from beginers to advanced kiters!
It's a very good kite to go BIG on "Hooked mode" and an awesome kite to do some new-school unhooked riding!
